Exam and Xrays
A comprehensive dental exam and x-rays are crucial for oral health, and will be performed by your dentist at your initial visit and recall visits (usually every 6 months).
Cleaning and Whitening
Regular dental cleanings remove the tartar, plaque, and stains that naturally collect on and in-between teeth. Tooth whitening removes food and debris, lightening the color of your teeth and restoring their natural shine.
Cosmetic Bonding
Dental Bonding is a procedure in which a tooth-colored resin is adhered to a tooth to repair decay, chipping, fractures, or discoloration. Bonding can also be used to change the shape of teeth or to close spaces between teeth.
Root Canal Treatment
The pulp of your tooth can become inflamed or infected. A root canal procedure removes the pulp and bacteria from the tooth, relieving pain, and repairing any damage to the tooth.
Crowns and Bridges
Crowns and Bridges are permanent prosthetic devices designed to cover damaged teeth or implants or to replace missing teeth. They are fitted and cemented into place by your dentist.
Dental Fillings
Fillings are used to repair areas of tooth decay (or cavities), broken teeth, or cracks in teeth. Fillings can be created from several materials – gold, porcelain, silver amalgam, or tooth-colored composite resin.
Extractions
Occasionally a dentist or oral surgeon will need to extract or pull, an adult tooth. Reasons for extractions include extensive damage or decay, periodontal (gum) disease, infection or the risk of infection, or to prepare an over-crowded mouth for orthodontia.
Dental Implants
Dental implants help to produce the appearance and function of natural teeth. The implants create artificial roots that provide a permanent base for your replacement teeth.
